When it comes to planning our holidays, women will spend a total of 35 days - more than a month - preparing to bare the perfect bikini body.
But it will take just six days for all the hard work to be undone, according to new figures.
A study by All-Bran revealed the holiday diet to be the problem - with holidaymakers admitting they are much less healthy as soon as they are abroad.

A quarter of holidaymakers admit they end up with an upset stomach from the food they eat on holiday.
And a fifth experience bloating - with travellers admitting they spend up to two days feeling ill during their break.
Despite all that hard work leading up to the break, half of women say they've felt uncomfortable about their appearance because of digestive problems such as bloating.
And a quarter even go as far to say they've had their holiday ruined because of a dodgy tummy.

Changes to eating and drinking routines, causing tummy troubles on holiday, can be avoided, claims Andrea McClean.
The TV star said: 'Feeling sluggish and suffering from tummy niggles on holiday can leave you feeling the pits, especially when you've spent so long getting yourself looking and feeling your best for the beach.
'Tummy troubles caused by changes to normal eating routines can be a real pain but there are a few simple tricks you can do to keep getting fibre in your diet on holiday, so you can beat the bloat and avoid undoing all that hard work you've put in.'
