The thrilling Faralda Crane Hotel will provide a novel sleeping experience for guests if they have the head for heights to stay there.
An Amsterdam dockside crane is converted into a surprisingly luxurious getaway, or rather getup, with the old machine room transformed into three lavish suites and the tip of the crane into a bungee pad for jumpers.
The lofty retreat boasts a fully-functioning spinning crane and modern lifts, so guests can enjoy the exclusive £20 champagne breakfast without a hefty climb.

A spokesperson for the hotel said: 'The exclusive Faralda Crane Hotel Amsterdam is located at the top of a former industrial monumental crane in one of the city's most creative areas.
'The hotel offers three high-end contemporary design suites each with their own design and contemporary art.
'The suites, all situated between around 30 and 50 metres from the ground, have a majestic view over the river IJ, the inner city of Amsterdam and the port area'.

Each quirky suite features a living room and a mezzanine floor with bedroom and bathroom, while the VIP Jacuzzi is located on the crane's top deck.
The bedrooms are bold and bright with enormous observation windows and modern hotel facilities including a flat screen TV and audio equipment, for if the panoramic views get tiring.
Intrepid guests in search of adventure can access the elevated picnic area and crane cabin via a ladder from the main bedroom - perfect for a midnight escape.

Guests not quite up to a bungee jump can still enjoy sea views from the crane hotel's balconies
There are two rooms above the machine room of the same volume but made entirely of glass.
The rooms will start at £200 per night for hotel guests, though there will also be a small catering opportunity in the portal of the crane for high-flying meetings, celebrations and parties.
Real daredevil visitors can even bungee jump from the top of the hotel, for a truly memorable meeting.
