If you've ever wanted to live like one of the top golfers, surrounded by rolling greens and an impressive driving range, you could do worse than head to Rory McIlroy's luxury pad in Northern Ireland.
Robinhall House in Northern Ireland, situated in 15 acres of impressive private grounds, is currently being advertised as a rental property with 'wow factor' with online lettings agency coolrentalguide.com, and was recently awarded the prestigious five-star Grade by the Northern Ireland Tourist board.
The estate features golf practice greens designed by the former World Number One himself, and includes a driving range, putting green and a 'state of the art' artificial practice green.
Grab your clubs! A driving range, putting green and 'state of the art' artificial practice green have all been designed by Rory McIlroy himself
Off the fairway: The interior of the golfer's former home is geared around providing a touch of luxury
Spot of fishing anyone? The lake is filled with brown trout, good for fly fishing after a couple of rounds
And as if that wasn't enough to be getting on with, an outdoor hot tub, private tennis courts and a lake stocked with brown trout should up the ante.
The golfer called Robinhall his home for over four years, and now it's available to rent for up to ten people looking for a spot of luxury - with the benefit of somewhere to practice your swing.
The house, a short drive away from Belfast, is accessed through double entrance gates, and a driveway lined with beech hedging sweeps through six acres of groomed lawns and gardens which were awarded the 'Bog Oak Trophy' for the best landscaped gardens in Ireland..
Double oak front doors lead you into a stunning entrance way with large glass doors leading to the Grand Reception Room, which boasts a baby grand piano.
From green to grey: Five spacious bedrooms all have a separate dressing room and en suite wet room
Sleek: The kitchen, described as 'extremely spacious', is fitted with modern appliances and concealed, multi-coloured mood lighting
Enough room to swing a club: The rental property certainly has 'wow factor'
Also on the ground floor is an impressive gallery and sun room, with unbeatable views over the lake and grounds, as well as direct access to the patio and gardens.

Double glazed doors lead onto the house's barbecue area, for some al fresco dining. The dining room and drawing room are divided by sliding display cases and a large, double-sided gas fireplace. Again, these rooms have access to Robinhall's grounds, this time towards the tennis courts.
Play on: The grand reception room boasts a baby grand piano
And so to bed: A weekend playing golf, tennis and fishing might be enough to wear out even the biggest fitness fan
Fairway to heaven: Watch out for balls as you wander the estate, there are enough practice greens for all guests to join in
The dining room also joins onto the house's West Wing, with windows from the ceiling to the floor offering yet more impressive views across the grounds.
Several large living areas are another a feature of Robinhall, which also has a library, cinema room and private gym. The five spacious and lavishly furnished bedrooms all have an attached separate dressing room and their own private en suite wet room.
What it doesn't mention on the rental site is that there are a few luxury 'extras' available for those looking for a little bit 'extra' pampering. Helicopter transfers and professional golf and tennis coaches are available on request, as are a selection of spa treatments and a full catering service from an in-house chef.
And - with a bit of notice of course, another rather nice extra could include a personal performance from your very own group of traditional Irish musicians, pianist or even string quartet.
