With temperatures reaching a scorching 45 degrees during the summer months, it is no wonder Dubai has a proliferation of ice cream parlours.

But staff have made sure than once shop in particular stands out form the competition, by juggling with the ice cream scoops before serving them to customers.

Holidaymakers have filmed the impressive show put on at the Cold Stone Creamery, with workers scooping up balls of ice cream then tossing them in the air way above their heads.

As holidaymakers whoop in the background, the staff juggle with the ice cream, throwing it up and catching it in ice cream scoops.

One adventurous worker even throws the ice cream behind his back and under his legs before serving it up with a flourish.

What a catch: Not one of the staff members drops their ice cream while performing the stunts

The Americans filming the stunt are obviously pleased with their service.

The camera man at the end says: 'That's how they serve ice cram in Dubai.'
